Returns, Cancellations & Your Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you can cancel your order for any reason — no explanation needed — at any time from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

You can inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If the value of an item is reduced because it has been handled beyond what is needed to check its nature and characteristics, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.

To cancel, use our online cancellation form, or email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

For customers outside the UK and EU, returns are accepted at our discretion under the same terms.

Returning the Goods

Once you have told us you are cancelling, please send the goods back within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Your Refund

We will refund the price you paid for the goods plus our standard outbound delivery cost, using your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of postage, whichever is earlier).

If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard service, we refund up to the standard cost. Any import VAT or customs duties you paid in your own country were collected by your customs authority, not by us — you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority when the goods are re-exported.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, the above does not limit your statutory rights. Contact us at [email protected] and we will put it right — in that case we cover the return postage.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (for example, custom orders arranged through our volume & custom orders service).
